We aim to provide a fast and efficient service, in providing clients with candidates who closely match their job criteria.

Experienced consultants in their field of interest, are employed to identify the ideal candidate for a specific project. To assist the consultants in sourcing the candidates, G&T Associates have invested in a comprehensive in-depth computer programme. This initial selection is then fine-tuned before the career profiles are sent to our clients for their review for technical interviews.

Technical and Managerial personnel in Erection, Commissioning, and Operational Assistance can be offered. Classroom, Workshop, or On the Job Training can be provided by qualified instructors.
At our offices at Llandarcy, we have facilities for the training of foreign nationals, which could incorporate plant visits to neighbouring industries.

G&T Associates provide personnel on the basis of:

1) Permanent staff employed directly by the client

2) Staff employed on a contract basis to G&T Associates and seconded to the client.
