1. Feasibility Studies and Engineering Audits

•  Technical evaluation and an audit of existing facilities on steel plants in North Korea.
• Feasibility study for siting a DRI Plant on a steel mill site in Morocco

2. Assistance to the Client during manufacture and erection of new plant

•  Supply of electrical/instrumentation and mechanical engineers to supervise site construction activities on behalf of the main European Steel Plant Builders.
• Supply of project, civil, mechanical, quality and electrical engineers to a Middle East client during construction of an integrated steel mill.

3. Assistance during commissioning, and performance testing

• Supply of operations/process specialists to the main European Plant Builders to supervise these activities after construction.

4. Operational and technical assistance during start up and initial operation

• Supply of sales and purchasing managers to a German steel engineering company to carry out operational assistance and training duties at an Egyptian steel mill.
• Supply of experienced mining personnel for assistance and performance improvement duties on an iron ore mine in North Korea.
• Trouble shooting mission to an Indian Blast Furnace to establish potential causes of stave cooler damage and high hearth temperatures and to recommend courses of action.

5. Training

• Classroom and On the Job training of process supervisors and operators on a new Annealing Line in Manshaan, China.
